Mayfest will feature:
• Horse-drawn wagon rides in a Conestoga Wagon
• Live entertainment all day on every block
• Towne Crier and Sir James the Knight
• Heritage games by Big Brothers/Big Sisters
• Local singers - Dan & Galla (50's tunes); Ancient Echos (Celtic music), and more
• Renaissance performers and costumed royalty
• Attendees and vendors dressed in costumes from all historic eras
• Self-guided walking tours of historic buildings and sites
• Variety of food from local restaurants and street vendors
• The Redbud Quilt Show and Sale
• Children’s games and contests
• Standing Stone Art League Show and Sale
• 46th Infantry Band
• Dancers from several eras

Most downtown Huntingdon stores will be open -- look for locally made jewelry, candles and soap; flowers and plants; scrapbook supplies; Vera Bradley bags; Webkins; Christian books & gifts; stained glass; furniture; gently used clothing and other wonderful gift, clothing and household items. Standing Stone Art League Show and Sale The Exhibit Gallery will be open at the corner of Allegheny Street and 4th with a display and sale of locally made art, from pottery to paintings.
The Dr. David Miller Memorial 5K Run, Walk & Fitness Fun! On April 24,2009, this event was hosted by the Huntingdon Health & Wellness Association and J.C. Blair Memorial Hospital. Contact 814-643-8548 for details about a run in 2010.
Hootenany in the evening -- The Lions Club on Cold Springs Road usually hosts a Hootenany on the Saturday evening of Mayfest. Check back for more details on the 2010 event.
